Banks Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina - International Trade Finance Workshop thumb thumb thumb

In cooperation with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), a two-day Workshop took place in Sarajevo, on 12th and 13th of February 2018.

Participants had the opportunity to improve their practical and theoretical knowledge in the field of International Trade Finance. Introduction of the rules and practices of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), UCP 600 (The Uniform Customs & Practice for Documentary Credits), URC 522 (Uniform Rules For Collection), ISBP 745 (International Standard Banking Practice), ISP 98 (International Standby Practices), URDG 758 (Uniform Rules for Demand Guarantees), URR 725 (The Uniform Rules for Bank-to-Bank Reimbursements) and INCOTERMS 2010 (International Commercial Terms) were the main theme.
Thirty participants from commercial banks, Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Banking Agency of the FBiH attended this highly interesting Workshop. Colleagues from three banks from Montenegro also attended by intermediation of Association of Montenegrin Banks.
The Workshop was led by EBRD expert, Mr. Vincent O'Brien.
