4th Session of the Legal Committee
On 14th of September the 4th Session of the Legal Committee took place.

On 14th of September the 4th Session of the Legal Committee took place.
At the session , issues related to the enforcement of the law on executive procedure and the law on internal payment transactions in Entities and Brcko District were discussed in the part concerning the place and role of the banking sector. There was also discussion regarding refinance products and the need to harmonize banking practices in early repayment of the loan. It was noted the need to modify entity law on mediation in private insurance to ensure equal treatment for all participants in BiH.
Members of the Commission have agreed on activities on the drafting of the legal framework for the preparation of the White Book of UBBiH, whose issuance is planned for the beginning of next year.
