the Presentation of Draft Decision ICAAP and ILAAP with accompanying guidelines

On 7th of December 2018 in the organization of the Banks Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina the Presentation of Draft Decision ICAAP and ILAAP with accompanying guidelines was held.

Within the framework of the public debates procedure, the FBiH Banking Agency delivered to the banks a presentation of the draft Decision on the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) and the Internal Banking Liquidation Process (ILAAP) as well as the accompanying Guidelines. After the presentation, an open discussion was held in the form of questions and answers which was generally very useful for banks. The new regulation represents the sum of the individual decisions made so far with a number of amendments that are in the function of further harmonization with the EU financial system.
